Shipping Policy
Basic Shipment Information
At M&A IT Tech Inc., we use top postal services including FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure your order is processed efficiently across Canada. Please review our shipping policy for important details.
Shipping Times and Cut-Off:
- Cut-Off Time: 12 PM EST
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days from receipt of payment, provided items are in stock and shipping service providers adhere to their scheduled delivery dates. Delivery times may vary for special or custom orders.
Tracking Information:
- Tracking numbers are generally sent within 48 hours of shipping. If you need your tracking number sooner, please contact us at sales@maittechinc.ca.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the volume, weight, and destination of your order. Please note that freight charges may vary.
- All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Handling Charges:
- Handling charges typically amount to 4% of the total order value. However, if your credit card issuer is based outside of Canada, additional fees may apply, which could exceed the standard 4%.
Handling Missing Items:
- If you discover any missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve any issues.
Unclaimed Shipments and Incorrect Addresses:
- Unclaimed Shipments: A fee equivalent to the original shipment charge, including tax, will be applied. If the package is reshipped, a new shipping fee will be charged.
- Free Shipping: For orders with free shipping, any new shipping charges will be based on the weight and volume of the reshipped package.
