At M&A IT Tech Inc., we hire the best shipment services in Canada, such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL, in order to make sure your purchase is handled efficiently. Please check our shipping policy for the necessary details.
Shipping Times and Cut-Off:
Cut-Off Time: 12 PM EST
After we receive your payment, handling your order will take up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), assuming the products are in stock. Following this, shipping may take an additional up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) to reach your address. Please note that delivery times may vary for special or customized orders.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges will be calculated according to the parcel’s size, weight, and destination. Please be aware that shipping costs might change. All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Handling Charges:
Usually, handling cost consists of 4% of the whole order value. However, there can be extra costs included which go over and above the standard 4% if your credit card provider is located outside of Canada.
Track your order:
Upon shipment, tracking numbers are typically provided within 48 hours. Please contact us at info@maittechinc.ca if you want your tracking number earlier.
Handling Missing Goods:
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, make sure to let us know if you notice any missing items. To deal with any issues that arise, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue on priority.
Unclaimed Shipments and Incorrect Addresses:
Unclaimed Shipments: A fee equivalent to the original shipment charge, including tax, will be applied. If the package is to be reshipped, a new shipping fee will be charged.
Free Shipping: For orders with free shipping, new shipping charges will be based on the parcel’s size, weight, and destination of reshipped package.
