Description
The Black Box EMD4000R is the receiver unit in the Emerald 4K KVM-over-IP matrix system. It decodes high-quality video streams from an Emerald transmitter, supporting resolutions up to 3840×2160 at 30Hz over a 1Gbps network. The unit features a transparent USB 2.0 connection for high-speed peripherals like drives and cameras, plus standard keyboard and mouse ports. Housed in a Zero-U mounting bracket, it sits behind a monitor or under a desk. Using AES-128 encryption, the EMD4000R ensures secure access to servers and workstations from any location on your LAN or WAN.
