Description
The Black Box TS1300A is a professional fiber optic test kit used to certify cable plants and troubleshoot links. The kit includes a high-accuracy optical power meter (measuring from +5 to -70dBm) and a stabilized LED light source (850/1300nm for MM and 1310/1550nm for SM). Housed in a rugged, water-resistant carry case, the TS1300A features a large backlit LCD and simple one-button operation. It allows technicians to perform insertion loss testing to TIA standards. The unit includes interchangeable SC, ST, and FC adapters, making it the go-to tool for pre-deployment verification and fault finding.
