The Black Box LMC200 is a FlexPoint Power Chassis that holds and powers up to 14 FlexPoint Modular Media Converters or Mode Converters in a convenient 2U rackmount enclosure . This chassis fits into a standard 19-inch rack, saving valuable space while centralizing power distribution for your converter infrastructure. The unit features a single 115-230VAC power supply with room for a second hot-swappable AC (PSFP200) or DC (PSFP20-DC) power supply for redundant power applications. The FlexPoint system is ideal for networks subject to constant upgrades and changes, allowing you to start with standalone converters and later mount them in the chassis-based system as your LAN grows . The LMC200 works with any FlexPoint units, including media converters, mode converters, and line drivers, providing the ultimate in flexibility and reliability for expanding multimedia LANs. The chassis can also be used on a desktop or mounted on a wall using optional mounting hardware .
