Description
The Black Box EMD200DP-T is an Emerald Zero U KVM-over-IP transmitter featuring an embedded DisplayPort video input and USB cable for zero rack space deployment. This transmitter connects directly to the source computer’s DisplayPort output and USB ports, encoding the signals for transmission over standard IP networks. It delivers visually lossless DisplayPort video up to 1920×1200 with less than 40 Mbps bandwidth requirement. The compact 12-inch form factor is designed to mount on rack rails or equipment without consuming rack units, making it perfect for high-density server environments. The transmitter is USB-powered, requiring no external power supply, and provides a seamless desktop experience over TCP/IP network when paired with Emerald SE Receiver.
