Vertiv A2D-50 is Geist analog-to-digital converter with a 50-foot cable for connecting supported dry-contact or analog sensors to Vertiv monitoring ports. The converter accepts supported sensor signals and presents them through a Vertiv Plug-n-Play sensor connection. The 50-foot cable allows sensor placement away from the environmental monitoring device or rack PDU.
The A2D platform supports dry-contact and analog sensing applications, including compatible 0-10V and 4-20mA sensors. Daisy-chain capability can help extend monitoring layouts across a data center or equipment area.
