Description
The Black Box AC1056A-4 is a VGA extender that allows you to place a VGA monitor up to 150 meters (492 feet) away from a computer using a single CAT5, CAT5e, or CAT6 cable. This extender kit includes a local module that connects to the source computer and a remote module that sits at the workstation with the display. The VGA extender supports resolutions up to 1024 x 768 at the maximum distance, and the remote module includes a gain adjustment control to optimize image quality for any cable length. The remote module provides two VGA outputs, allowing connection of two monitors at the remote location. LED indicators on both modules show power and active status.
