The Black Box ACU5501A-R4 is a Wizard SRX Series KVM extender that delivers full DVI-D digital video without compression or conversion, ensuring pure video displays with no loss of quality . It extends keyboard, mouse, and uncompressed single-link DVI-D video up to 196 feet (59.7 meters) using CAT7a cable, with resolutions of 1920×1200 at 60Hz . The extender also delivers bi-directional USB data, enabling USB device extension over the same CAT7a cable. Extended profile DDC EDID ensures your system is configured to deliver optimal video performance, which is essential for professional graphics users in post-production, broadcast, architecture, graphic design, medical imaging, and CAD applications . The local unit can be interface-powered if your PC outputs do not exceed 500 mA, or you can use the spare 5-VDC Power Supply. You can mount up to 16 local or remote units in the Rackmount Chassis for ServSwitch Wizard Extender (ACU5000A) .
