Description
The Black Box C6ABC50S-BL-1000 is a 1000-foot spool of GigaTrue CAT6A shielded (F/UTP) bulk cable in blue, designed for 10-Gigabit Ethernet (10GBASE-T) installations requiring alien crosstalk (ANEXT) elimination . The cable features 23 AWG solid bare copper conductors with foil shield construction that virtually eliminates alien crosstalk, an internal separator maintaining pair separation for optimal NEXT performance, and FEP insulation with dielectric tape and aluminum/Mylar tape shielding. The drain wire ensures proper grounding for the shielding system. The cable is tested to 650MHz, exceeding CAT6A standards, and is ETL Verified for supporting 10-Gigabit Ethernet applications . The CMR (riser) fire rating allows installation in vertical runs between floors in non-plenum spaces. This high-performance shielded cable provides support for high bandwidth applications such as data centers and other data-intensive or backbone requirements, making it ideal for new construction and network upgrades where maximum throughput and EMI protection are required .
