The Black Box EVNSL0501A-1000 is a 1000-foot spool (304.8 meters) of CAT5e F/UTP (foil/unshielded twisted pair) solid bulk cable in blue, designed for long cable runs and industrial environments . The foil shielding provides protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), making this cable ideal for installations near power cables or in electrically noisy environments. The cable features solid conductors for optimal performance in permanent horizontal cabling installations and meets Category 5e standards for 100MHz applications. The cable comes on a wooden reel with 1000 feet of length, and attenuation performance is rated at 22.0 dB per 100 meters at 100MHz .
