The Black Box KV9004A is an EC Series 4-port PS/2 and VGA KVM switch that allows a single user to control up to four PS/2 servers from one console, saving valuable workspace in server rooms . This operating system-independent KVM switch supports VGA video resolutions up to 1920 x 1440 and is DDC2B compatible . The switch features an intuitive on-screen display (OSD) that allows you to assign unique names to each server for easy identification . The programmable auto-scan function selects servers sequentially and automatically filters unused servers from the scan list, saving time . Password protection provides added security for unauthorized access, and system settings and computer names are stored in non-volatile memory to survive power outages .
