Description

The Black Box LGB1126A-R2 is a Layer 2+ managed Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for SMB and entry-level enterprise networks requiring high performance and deployment flexibility . This 1U rackmount switch features 24 10/100/1000Mbps RJ-45 Ethernet ports and 2 dual-media ports that support either 100/1000Mbps RJ-45 or 100/1000Mbps SFP fiber connections, allowing you to add SFP modules only when you need more capacity. The switch delivers a 52 Gbps switching capacity with a forwarding rate of 38.68 Mpps. Advanced Layer 2+ features include support for up to 4000 simultaneous VLANs (port-based, 802.1Q tag-based, or MAC-based), 802.1p Layer 2 QoS with 8 hardware priority queues for traffic prioritization, and Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) with up to 13 groups of 4 ports per group. Management capabilities include SNMP v1/2/3, RMON, web-based GUI, dual image support, and a serial RS232 console port (RJ45) . Security features include 802.1X port-based network access control, SSH v1/2, SSL, IP Source Guard, and RADIUS/TACACS+ authentication.
