Description
The Black Box RM100A is a NEMA 4X-rated wireless equipment cabinet constructed of molded fiberglass polyester that is chemical resistant and withstands temperature changes . The cabinet measures 18 inches high by 16 inches wide by 10 inches deep and protects against windblown dust and rain, splashing water, corrosion, and ice formation. The fiberglass construction enables Wi-Fi and WLAN signals to pass through unimpeded, making it ideal for housing wireless equipment in tunnels, floor vaults, marinas, outside walls, and rooftops . The seamless gasket provides a watertight and dust-tight seal, while the removable, plenum-rated solid front door attaches using four Philips screws. The compact, lightweight design (20 lbs) allows for easy mounting on walls, floors, or rooftops. The cabinet can be easily punched, drilled, filed, or sawed for custom cable entry points.
